Hello friends! I'm sorry for not keeping you all updated but its been pretty crazy for me down here in Alabama. As you know, I was hired only 2 weeks ago for my new job and ever since I've been running around here like a mad woman. I have been flooded with meetings and long hours trying to get my classroom in order. I'm pooped. Please accept my apologies for not calling any of you back. We start on Thursday, Aug. 7th...can you believe it???? My room is nearly ready, but not quite up to my usual standards. I sure do wish I had my Jenny and my dad here to help clean and decorate my room. I've had a few breakdowns but hopefully I'll be ready. I know that we have our summers off...but the hours I've put in this week alone are insane! I'll keep you updated about my trials, tribulations and triumphs. I will also try to upload new pics. Please pray for me. I miss my friends!

Good luck Nancy!! I know how crazy it can be getting hired so close to when school is starting. Just remember you can always add to your room in the next few weeks and it doesn't have to be perfect now. Take it easy on yourself!! Enjoy the new job!!
