Aaron recently ventured to Nantahala, NC for a weekend of fun and adventure. While there he kayaked, canyoneered and mountain biked. I wish I had an ounce of his energy. This is a picture of him canyoneering. It's pretty dangerous to do, but he loved every second of it.

Your adventure guy and my adventure guy need to plan a hiking or hunting trip with each other because I view that stuff as cruel and unusual punishment.
