Hello Friends!!! What a crazy and hectic week!!! I'm sorry for being so distant this week but quite a bit has happened in my neck of the woods. On Monday, I was offered a job at the local, public high school that I've been hoping to work at since I moved here. It was, however, a very difficult decision for me to leave my current job at Tuscaloosa Academy. My new school, Northridge High School, is literally located behind Tuscaloosa Academy. It is a brand new building (5 years old). Many of the students at TA who opt for the public school will attend Northridge, therefore I will know quite a few faces next year. I am both excited and nervous about this new challenge. Hopefully this will be the last major change I will have to deal with for a while. I really need a break. Working here will open a lot of doors especially in respect to my salary and retirement. I couldn't pass it up!
